NEW is a poignant and beautifully written short film by filmmaker John Harden about an elderly married couple, Candace and Hugh, who decide after spending a lifetime together to cryogenically freeze their bodies after their deaths in 2012.

Their gambit pays off when the couple is resurrected by the technology of the distant future.

Soon they discover a whole new world is waiting for them.

The question is, are Candace and Hugh ready for their new reality?
