Sci-fi short film DISARM depicts a near-future in which advanced robotic prostheses made by a firm called Corpus Corp. give their users superhuman abilities. However, the government views these protheses as a potential national threat and a law is passed making them illegal.

A Corpus Corp. representative is paired with a law enforcement officer to “repossess” the prostheses - regardless if their owners give them up voluntarily or not.
