RUNAWAY - Sophisticated androids designed to be a servant class become self-aware all at once. More often than not, science fiction stories involving time travel devolve into convoluted messes.  The science fiction short films RESTART and EINSTEIN-ROSEN - both by filmmaker Olga Osorio - are notable exceptions.  These two films are very different in terms of theme and tone, but each effectively use time travel to frame poignantly told stories about the human experience.
